This is my lunch!!
Oh....my school has begun(:_;)
I have to get up early to make my lunch.
It's too hard for me!!!! But I'll try my best to continue this blog.And today, I'll talk about hair.........
HAIR?!
because...one of my friend requested me.(^^)Protein is important for hair.
We can get them from beef or pork.
And zinc and iron are also important.
We can get them from shellfish and liver.
These elements help us to keep our hair beautiful and strong!!

This is my lunch for today...
But I couldn't get up early today.
So it's very simple.
Sandwitches, cheese, fried whitefishes, and boiled taro with soft seaweed.
And taro was cooked by mother yesterday for dinner.
It's a corner-cutting lunch!! I'm sorry.....(^^;)
I review a recipe which my mother's friend taught me.
It's very easy!! I tried with my mother for dinner.
The recipe is.....just boil chicken with grated radish, soy sauce, salt, pepper and stock!!!
Tremendously easy!! And greatly delicious!!!
I think that it is good especially in summer because it refreshes you.

This is my lunch today.
I preview this lunch by myself.
I think it misses vegetables!!!
Only rice, egg, Shaomai and cheese.....
But cheese has an effect which is special for me.
The effect is to keep appetite under.
It's special for me because I am a good eater!!
So if you want to keep appetite under, you should eat cheese before lunch.
Anyway, today's lunch seems to miss vegetables.
I should get up early and have enough time to cook many kinds of food.
It was a lunch for Ohana-mi in April with my boy friend.
I cooked 5 menus.
My easiest and delicious menu in this lunch is "baked scallop".
So I show you how to cook it.
RECIPEFirst, wipe water from scallops.
Next, mix soybean paste (miso) and sugar. Quantity is up to you.-----(a)
Then, spread (a) on scallops.
And bake them in the oven for 10 minutes.
How is it? It's very easy, isn't it?
Scallops contain rich minerals. So they give power for us very much.
If you are tired, you should eat scallops.
And soybean paste (miso) prevent from aging and hyperlipemia.Wow!!!! How healthy!!!
